Frank has over 37 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Before joining Wheat First Securities (a predecessor firm to Wells Fargo Advisors) in 1986, Frank worked at Shearson, Dean Witter & Bache & Co.

As a principal of Meridian Wealth Management Group, Frank is committed to using a planning process that employs clarity, confidence and organization to building trusting life-long relationships with retired individuals, business executives and business owners and foundations.

Frank has earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor^SM certification by meeting professional standards and passing a comprehensive examination from the College for Financial Planning.

Damon Derstine brings over 23 years of experience and expertise to his role as a Partner at Meridian Wealth Management Group. A disciplined financial steward, Damon pairs his extensive industry expertise with a genuine sense of empathy for those he serves. He believes connecting with his clients on a personal level is the best way to craft plans that fulfill their needs and achieve their goals in all stages of their lives. Damon’s service model is hallmarked by a true appreciation for those who entrust him with their financial futures.

Background & Experience

After building a supportive, consultative approach over two decades at larger wirehouses, Damon helped pioneer Meridian Wealth Management Group to build a team that always takes the needs, wants, goals, and timetables of those they serve into account. His experience throughout major shifts in the markets enables him to better help clients structure balanced portfolios that address specific financial goals. Having demonstrated a deep understanding of the concepts, methods, and strategies for both pre-retirement and retirement income planning, Damon earned the Retirement Income Certified Professional® designation to enhance his toolbelt when helping clients retire successfully.

Away from the Office

A lifelong resident, Damon has Bucks County in his blood. He and his beloved wife Emma were thrilled to raise their children Ella and Ethan there together. One of Damon’s true joys in life is seeing his children happy and succeeding. He makes it a point to give back to his community in a myriad of ways, including being a charter - and current - member of the Central Bucks Rotary Club, chairing the annual Ride for the Heroes, and as a current member and past President of Bucks Business Professionals. When he does get some time to himself, Damon enjoys the finer things in life – days on the links, first-rate bottles of wine, and fast sports cars.

Toni strives to ensure that the clients’ administrative and operational needs are handled accurately and in a timely fashion. She handles the day-to-day administration of accounts, opening new accounts, updating exiting account information, managing account transfers and answering questions regarding statements.

Background and experience

Having started her financial career in 1978, and the holder of Series 7, 8, 9, 10 and 63 securities registrations.

Respected by clients and her peers for her exceptional problem-solving skills, Toni was operations manager at our Conshohocken and Newtown offices before joining Frank Furgiuele, Managing Partner in 2004.

Away from the office

Since 2001, Toni has been a co-founder and board member of the Louis T Savino III Foundation, a non-profit organization working to increase awareness and help prevent sudden cardiac death in athletes. 

Widowed since 2005, Toni has a married son and two granddaughters; and in her spare time, she enjoys reading, hiking and traveling.

With over 27 years of financial services experience, Kenneth ensures that each client’s administrative, trading, and operational needs are handled accurately and quickly. He also handles the day-to-day administration of accounts including opening new accounts, updating existing account information, managing account transfers, and answering questions regarding any client related items. Clients appreciate his dedication and commitment to making sure that their service needs are met and exceeded.

Background & experience

Kenneth graduated from Penn State University with his degree in Finance.

He began his career at Norwest Financial in their branch manager in trainee program followed by 16 years at Shearson Lehman, Smith Barney and then nine years at Morgan Stanley.

Kenneth joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2017 and holds his Series 7, 63 and 65 securities registrations. He also earned his insurance license for variable annuities, life insurance and accident and health.

Away From the office

Kenneth is an active member of the United Methodist Church in Hulmeville. Having played competitive soccer in high school and college, he is an avid sports fan and appreciates all sports including soccer, baseball, football, and auto racing to name a few. He also has a passion for extreme sports including sky diving and participating in the stock car racing experience at the Pocono Raceway. He loves the history of this great country and in general, as well as all forms of art including plays, musicals, concerts, etc. Kenneth is single and lives in Newtown, PA.

With over seven years of financial services experience, Emma plays an important role by focusing on the development of the team. Through the implementation of procedures and systems, Emma is able to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency thus providing a professional level of service to all clients.

Background and experience

Graduated from Cricklade College, Hampshire England with a degree in Business and Finance.

Worked at Merrill Lynch as a Client Associate for three years assisting two Financial Advisors with their business development, marketing and customer relations.

Prior to Merrill Lynch Emma worked as a Long-Term Care Specialist in Personal Health Services and at Miracolo as a Manager of a team that oversaw the day-to-day running of the business. 

Away from the office

Married to Damon Derstine for 23 years and have two children Ella and Ethan and lives in Buckingham, PA.  She enjoys Pilates, gardening, decorating/design and travelling with her family and spending as much time in England with her family.
